Who doesn’t love to take naps? Everyone does. In fact, there are some people who would rather prefer taking naps then hogging up to caffeine or tea. Naps, are mostly considered to be not so important but then when it is compared to the studies, then it has been stated that naps are actually good especially the power naps.

Daytime naps are considered to be a way to treat the sleep deprivation and also it has been found that there are lot of benefits when you take a power nap of about 15-20 minutes. If you really want to recharge yourselves, then all you need to do is take the power nap instead of munching on or having caffeine. That is the reason why most of the researchers recommend you to have power naps to get an energy boost.

The length of your power nap totally determines your creativity, once you’re done with it, if you’re having 20 minutes of power nap, then this type of nap helps you to enhance some motor learning skills and is good for alertness. The other type of nap is the nap which lasts for more than 20 minutes but less than an hour.

This type of nap helps you to enhance creativity and to boost the memory and also plays a key role in solving new creative problems and making new connections in the brain. In these ways, these both type of power naps work and people get to have these naps according to their timings. Some may get 20 minutes nap while many would get nap for more than 20 minutes.

Many studies shows that napping is actually good for health and if it is taken between the works then it is good. People usually prefer caffeine to boost their work activity but then naps can really be amazing, because it leads to good creativity and boosts energy.

Studies have been also found that power naps helps to reduces the stress and also the risk of heart diseases. Prime time of power naps falls in the daytime of around 1 pm to 3 pm.
